The Broadcast Lounge – Exclusive Invite Recipients We’re thrilled to offer you a complimentary, fully covered media experience at The Broadcast Lounge — a $1,500 production gift designed to showcase your brand with professional, broadcast-quality marketing. To keep this opportunity fair and respectful to our production team and other invited guests, please review our booking policy below: 📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy Because your experience is fully covered by The Broadcast Lounge, we kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your scheduled shoot will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also be subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations must be submitted through our online booking portal — phone calls, texts, emails, or social media messages cannot be accepted. This helps us manage production scheduling, studio preparation, and ensure that each invited guest receives the full value of their experience. ⏱️ Timeliness & Preparedness Your appointment begins promptly at the scheduled time and will conclude as originally planned, even if you arrive late. Please plan ahead for: Traffic or travel delays Parking and check-in time Personal schedule conflicts We encourage guests to arrive early to fully enjoy the studio experience and maximize their complimentary session. 🎬 Studio Preparation & Professional Courtesy Our production team invests time and resources preparing for every guest — setting up lighting, cleaning the studio, coordinating camera crews, and more. Because of this, last-minute changes cannot be accommodated. Once booked, your session is considered confirmed. We appreciate your cooperation and professionalism in respecting this policy — it ensures a smooth, elevated experience for you and every guest who steps into The Broadcast Lounge.
