Cancellation Policy

📋 Studio Rental Policy – The Broadcast Lounge 📅 Cancellation Policy We require at least 72 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations must be submitted online through our official booking system. Phone calls, texts, emails, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid cancellation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $250 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged $250. No exceptions will be made. This policy helps us honor reserved time slots and maintain a smooth experience for all. We take each studio rental seriously and have a professional cleaning crew on staff, along with specific preparations made in advance of your arrival. Because of this, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes, delays, or cancellations. It is the renter’s responsibility to fulfill their scheduled booking as reserved. 🕐 Reservation Time & Overage Rental begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of early arrival or late start. Additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments, subject to studio availability. 🔇 Noise & Environment We ask all guests to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. The Broadcast Lounge is located within a shared commercial complex, and we prioritize mutual respect between our space and neighboring businesses. ⚠️ Delays & External Conditions We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, parking issues, or road closures that may prevent you from arriving or starting on time. Additionally, ambient sounds from the surrounding area may occasionally occur. While we strive to maintain a quiet setting, complete sound isolation cannot be guaranteed. 🛠️ Damages & Cleanup You are responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment during your rental. Excessive mess may incur a minimum $150 cleaning fee. Please leave the space as you found it. 🎥 Content Policy Filming adult, explicit, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Violations may result in immediate termination of rental with no refund and potential future booking restrictions. 📦 Equipment & Guest Access Only approved guests are allowed inside the studio. Use of studio equipment must be approved in advance. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
