Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellation Policy – The Broadcast Lounge To ensure fairness, respect for our team, and availability for all members, we require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations must be submitted online through our official booking system. Phone calls, text messages, emails, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a $50 fee. No exceptions will be made. This policy helps us honor everyone's time, maximize studio access, and maintain a smooth, professional experience for all members. ⏱️ Time Management & Responsibility Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original end time. We ask that members plan accordingly and take full responsibility for: Traffic and travel delays Road closures, construction, or detours Parking availability Personal scheduling conflicts or miscommunications We understand things come up, but The Broadcast Lounge is not responsible for any unforeseen personal or external issues that may prevent you from arriving on time or fulfilling your booking. Please prepare in advance and allow extra time as needed. 🧼 Studio Prep & Scheduling Our team takes each booking seriously and prepares the space in advance of your arrival—including cleaning, lighting setup, and scheduling support. Because of this, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes or cancellations, and your booked time is considered confirmed once scheduled.
