Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellation Policy – Broadcast Consultations At The Broadcast Lounge, we’re committed to providing a high-quality, professional experience for every client. While our onboarding and informational meetings are complimentary, they reserve valuable time on our producers’ calendars—time that could otherwise be offered to other members waiting to connect. To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone involved, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy: 🔔 Notice Requirement All cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance through our official booking system. Phone calls, texts, emails, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid forms of cancellation. 💳 Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee, even though the session itself is free. No-shows will also be charged a $50 fee. No exceptions will be made. This policy helps us respect everyone’s time, including yours, and ensures our team can stay on schedule while offering top-tier support to all members.
