Cancellation Policy

🎬 POLICY: Field Content Day Policy – The Broadcast Lounge Field Content Days are a bonus experience provided by The Broadcast Lounge and partners. These special sessions take place on location (outside of the studio). Our team dedicates significant time and resources to planning, staffing, and organizing these experiences. Due to limited availability and the effort involved, the following policy applies: 💸 POLICY: Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance through our official booking system. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee. Cancellations via phone call, text, email, or social media will not be accepted. These content days are complimentary but missed or unfilled spots result in lost time, effort, and team resources. We appreciate your understanding. 🚨 POLICY: Prompt Start & Tardiness Policy We begin on time, and late arrivals will lose time from their session or their session entirely at the discretion of the staff member. Appointments cannot run over, as it affects other members’ bookings. There is zero tolerance for lateness, and we kindly ask that members plan ahead to avoid delays. Please account for: Traffic Parking, Navigation issues,Weather conditions,Any other personal or logistical delays 🌧️ Weather & Location Policy If unforeseen issues arise—such as weather conditions or other circumstances — you will be notified if the Field Content Day will move to The Broadcast Lounge studio on the same day, if so the same appt times will apply. The policy and cancellation rules will still remain in effect. The Broadcast Lounge Address: 6832 Embarcadero Lane, Carlsbad, CA 92011 If the studio becomes unavailable due to internal circumstances, the content day will be rescheduled, and your spot will be automatically held for the new date. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled date, please notify us as soon as possible. 📍 Know Where You're Going Members are responsible for knowing the address and location of their Field Content Day. The address is provided at the time of booking and is listed on the official website. We cannot guarantee that we will be available to give directions or assist with location guidance on the day of the shoot, especially if the request is made last-minute. Please review your confirmation details carefully and ask any questions at the time of booking—not the day of.
