🎥 Broadcast Lounge Studio Membership – Terms & Conditions 📋

✅ Membership Access

Your Broadcast Lounge Studio Membership gives you full access to all exclusive events, happy hours, Pop-Up Studios, content days, and in-studio filming sessions—following your active subscription of $99/month and your Annual VIP Television Broadcasting + Event Access Pass ($1500/year).

💳 Annual VIP Access Pass – $1500

The $1500 annual VIP pass is required to activate your member status and unlock booking privileges. This includes access to studio production opportunities, television broadcast segments, and VIP entry to all member-exclusive events.

🎟️ What’s Included:

• Priority access to all Broadcast Lounge events

• Booking rights for in-studio filming, interviews & TV segments

• Access to content creation days, mixers, happy hours & networking socials

• Use of Pop-Up Studio setups at iconic Southern California locations

• Inclusion in select VIP television productions & campaigns

📆 Billing Terms:

• $99/month auto-renews monthly

• $1500 Annual VIP Pass auto-renews every 12 months

• Both must remain active and current to maintain full access

❌ Non-Refundable

All membership fees (monthly and annual) are non-refundable once processed. No exceptions.

📍 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, a 30-day advance notice is required.

Upon cancellation of your Membership Badge:

• ❌ You will immediately lose access to the Broadcast Lounge, including all events, filming, backend systems, booking tools, and any related perks.

• 🗂️ You may no longer use any media content created through the Broadcast Lounge—past, present, or future. This includes removing all content from:

  • Your website

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials (flyers, e-blasts, etc.)

Because this is an exclusive program with limited availability, the content and branding are reserved for active badge holders only. If your membership is canceled, you may not use the Broadcast Lounge name, likeness, or any content in connection with your services, brand, listings, or marketing efforts.

🛑 How to Cancel

• Cancellations must be done online through the official cancellation process.

• 📵 Text, phone calls, emails, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid cancellation methods.

⚠️ Important Notes

• There is no prorated refund. I.e. if you cancel mid-year, you forfeit your Membership Badge and its benefits immediately.

• Want to return? You are always welcome to rejoin! However, you’ll need to purchase a brand-new Membership Badge at the current rate, regardless of your previous status or duration in the program.

• Failure to cancel in writing will result in continued billing

⚠️ Production Reschedule / No-Show Policy

• Studio bookings (interviews, commercials, content) must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will be charged $50 per missed appointment

• If multiple appointments are booked in one day, each missed or late-cancelled session will incur a separate $50 fee

• No exceptions. This policy ensures fairness to members and respect for our team’s time and effort

• All rebooking must be done online. No texts, calls, emails, or social DMs will be accepted as rescheduling

🛑 Zero Exception Policy

This policy is enforced with fairness and consistency. By subscribing and making payment, members acknowledge and agree to these terms—even if not verbally explained—because they are clearly listed here and visible prior to checkout.

🔐 Access Restrictions

• Membership is non-transferable and assigned to the named member only

• Abuse of privileges or failure to follow guidelines may result in termination without refund

🛠️ Changes to Terms

Broadcast Lounge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or SMS if any major changes occur.

Once purchased, your VIP Television & Event Activation Pass will be available for pickup at the studio or can be shipped directly to your home, office, or preferred location. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and demand.
