🛡️ Media Consent & Hold Harmless Agreement

Permission & Partnership Terms

By participating in The Broadcast Lounge, member agrees to grant full permission and license to The Broadcast Lounge, Executive Lifestyle Productions, and Ty Hines Media to use their name, likeness, voice, image, brand, listings, and any content filmed or produced through the program for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, in perpetuity and worldwide, without restriction.

This includes, but is not limited to, use across:

• Websites

• Social media

• Television

• Email campaigns

• Digital and print advertising

• Public relations and event promotions

Member explicitly acknowledges and agrees that their likeness, content, and presence may also be used to promote the services, capabilities, and brand identity of The Broadcast Lounge, Executive Lifestyle Productions, and Ty Hines Media, as well as any companies, products, or services offered or affiliated with those entities, including ventures outside of The Broadcast Lounge program itself.

No additional compensation will be provided for these uses beyond the scope of services outlined in the membership.

Member also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify The Broadcast Lounge, Executive Lifestyle Productions, and Ty Hines Media, along with their employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions related to the use of media, likeness, or participation in the program.

Content Ownership
The Broadcast Lounge, Executive Lifestyle Productions, and Ty Hines Media retain full ownership and copyright of all content created through the program. Members understand and agree that while they may use the content for their own purposes, the original content remains the intellectual property of these entities and may be used, edited, distributed, or licensed at their sole discretion.
